YUNII Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how YUNII Media Group LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as YUNII ("YUNII," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the YUNII revenue intelligence software, our websites at yunii.app (including app.yunii.app), and related services (together, the "Service").
YUNII is built for businesses — landscaping, lawn care, and home service companies. It connects to the field-service or CRM software a business already uses (such as Jobber or HighLevel/GoHighLevel), reads that data, and shows the business the money it may be missing, such as quotes with no reply, new leads no one has called back, and jobs that have gone quiet.
If you have questions, contact us at tonii@yuniimedia.com.
1. Who this policy covers
- Account users. Business owners, managers, and team members who create or use a YUNII account ("you").
- Visitors. People who visit our websites.
- Your customers' data. When a business connects its CRM, YUNII processes information about that business's own customers and leads (for example, names, phone numbers, and quotes). For that data, the business is in control and YUNII acts as its service provider, processing it only to provide the Service to that business. See Section 4.
2. Information we collect
a. Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text), and role on the account.
- Business information: business name, the kinds of work you do (trades), time zone, and preferences such as how you call price documents (quotes or estimates).
- Team information: email addresses of teammates you invite.
- Notification preferences: which emails and alerts you want and, if you choose to receive text alerts, your mobile phone number and your consent to receive them.
- Support communications: anything you send us by email or other channels.
b. Information from the CRM you connect
When you connect a CRM, you authorize YUNII to read data from your account through a secure, authorized connection (OAuth). YUNII does not change, create, or delete anything in your CRM. Depending on the CRM and the permissions you approve, this may include:
- Jobber: clients and their contact details, requests, quotes, jobs, and — where enabled — invoices, scheduled visits and assessments, and payments.
- HighLevel/GoHighLevel: contacts and their contact details, opportunities and pipeline stages, notes, and conversations (messages, calls, and emails) used to tell whether a lead has been followed up.
- Connection details: account name and ID, and access tokens. Access tokens are encrypted before we store them.
c. Billing information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status, billing email and name, billing address (such as ZIP code), and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never receive or store your full card number.
d. Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken in the app (for example, using "Copy & Open"), browser type, IP address, and timestamps, used to run, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies: we use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Website analytics: on our website at yunii.app we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. Visits are counted from anonymized, aggregated data, and the visitor identifier is discarded within 24 hours. We do not use it inside the app.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the Service: sync your CRM, find and rank missed revenue (such as quotes with no reply, new leads not yet contacted, invoices that are past due with money still owed, and finished jobs that haven't been invoiced), show it on Today, Money on the Table, Customers, Results, and the Win-Back List, and draft follow-up messages for you to send yourself;
- send the emails and alerts you choose, such as morning summaries, monthly reports, urgent alerts, and, if you opt in, text alerts;
- manage your account, team, subscription, billing, and our 30-Day Money-Finder Guarantee;
- provide support and respond to requests;
- keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems;
- improve the Service, using information in aggregated or de-identified form where practical;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use CRM data to market to your customers, and we do not use it to train third-party artificial-intelligence models.
4. Your customers' data (CRM data)
When you connect a CRM, you remain the owner and controller of that data. YUNII:
- processes it only to provide the Service to your business and as you instruct;
- does not contact your customers. Follow-up messages are drafted for you to review and send from your own CRM;
- does not sell it or use it for any other business;
- deletes it when you disconnect and choose "Delete Synced Data," or when your account ends (see Section 8).
You are responsible for having the right to share your customers' data with YUNII and for any messages you choose to send to your customers.
5. Text message (SMS) alerts
If you choose to receive text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the account alerts you asked for, such as urgent items and summaries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run YUNII, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us:
- Vercel (hosting and website analytics)
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Twilio (text message delivery, if enabled)
- The CRM you connect (Jobber or HighLevel/GoHighLevel), to read your data through a secure, authorized connection (OAuth) and to handle connect and disconnect.
- Your own team: people you invite to your YUNII account can see your business's data according to their role.
- Legal and safety: if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of YUNII, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction or consent.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
- encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
- encryption of CRM access tokens at rest;
- database access controls;
- read-only connections to your CRM.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Data retention and deletion
- While your account is active, we keep your information as long as needed to provide the Service.
- Disconnecting a CRM: You can disconnect at any time from Connected Apps. You can also choose Delete Synced Data to remove the data synced from that CRM right away; if you don't, we delete it automatically 30 days after you disconnect. When you disconnect, we delete our access tokens for that CRM, so YUNII can no longer read your data. For Jobber, we also ask Jobber to end the connection. For HighLevel, you can also uninstall YUNII from your HighLevel account.
- Closing your account: email tonii@yuniimedia.com to close your account and delete your data. We delete or de-identify account and CRM data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes (for example, billing records kept by Stripe and by us).
- Backups are overwritten on a regular schedule.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us and we will respond within the time required by law, and in any case within 45 days.
- Email: you can turn off summaries and alerts in Settings → Notifications. We may still send essential account and billing messages.
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time, or turn off text alerts in Settings.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email tonii@yuniimedia.com. We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for using your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
- Your customers: if a customer of a business that uses YUNII contacts us, we will refer them to that business, which controls their data, and help the business respond.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Where data is stored
YUNII is based in the United States, and data is stored and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in the app before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
